• RIAI (The relation between Aikido technique and ken and jo)

• CHILDREN

Aikido is much more than just a martial art; it is a way of life that has much to offer. Aikido is an art that requires constant practice and a sustained effort. It is not something that can be learned in 3 easy lessons.
